Returns Policy please read before buying 

We offer a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to return your item(s) to us for a refund. Unfortunately, returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Returning Your Item(s)

When returning an item, please ensure that your invoice or order information is included inside the parcel. Without this information, we may be unable to identify your order and process your refund.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage using the returns address provided with their order.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Using a tracked service helps ensure you are covered should any issues arise during delivery.

Please ensure the correct postage is paid when sending parcels back to us. Any additional postage charges incurred due to insufficient postage will be deducted from your refund.

Original postage costs and return postage costs are non-refundable.

 

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.


Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item due to a manufacturing defect, please complete our returns form and contact us as soon as possible.

All orders are carefully checked by two members of staff before dispatch. Any item returned as faulty will be thoroughly inspected. Items found to have been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or deliberate tampering will not be considered faulty and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
