Our site pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to successfully place your order. This process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your final order. Please take the time to re check all details of your order at each page of the process, before clicking 'Confirm and Pay', as after this point, you will not be able to amend your order.

After you place an order by clicking 'Confirm and Pay', you will receive an e-mail from us from the address you provided acknowledging that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email to confirm that the items have been despatched.

Please note that items are subject to our availability. If an item is mistakenly out of stock for any unforeseen reason we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be issued a full refund on this specific item.
